We do not collect or store payment card numbers or government IDs on this site.


3) Do we share data?

We share limited data with service providers (“processors”) under contracts:

  • Web push/PWA (e.g., OneSignal or Firebase Cloud Messaging)

  • CDN & security (e.g., Cloudflare)

  • Email/CRM (e.g., SendGrid/Mailgun)

We may share aggregated, non-identifiable statistics publicly. We disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer (merger, acquisition).

We do not sell personal information for money. In jurisdictions like California, our use of analytics/ads may be deemed a “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising; see §11 for opt-out.


4) International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses, UK IDTA/Addendum, and supplementary measures. Details available on request.


5) Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above:

7) Web push & PWA

Push notifications are opt-in. If you allow them, our push provider stores a device/browser token to deliver messages. You can turn off push at any time:

  • Chrome/Edge/Firefox (desktop & Android): Site Info (lock icon) → Notifications → Block.

  • iOS/iPadOS (16.4+): Add CasinoListPro to Home Screen → in the installed PWA open Settings → Notifications (or iOS Settings → Notifications → App) to revoke permission.

The PWA caches assets for offline use; you can remove the PWA from your device at any time.


8) Your rights (GDPR/UK GDPR/EEA)

You may have the right to:

  • Rectify inaccurate data

  • Erase data (where applicable)

  • Restrict or object to processing

  • Portability of data you provided

  • Withdraw consent at any time (doesn’t affect prior processing)

  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority

9) Children

CasinoListPro is for adults 18+ (or legal gambling age where you live). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (HTTPS/TLS, access controls, firewalls, backups, least-privilege, logging). No online service is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and keep devices updated.


11) U.S. State privacy notices (California/Colorado/Connecticut/Virginia, etc.)

  • Sensitive data: we do not intentionally process sensitive personal information.
